Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Adwants is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can support the creative team across a wide range of design projects. The ideal candidate should be versatile and capable of working on offline creatives, paid campaign assets, branding, and social media content. Knowledge of UI/UX and Figma will be considered an added advantage.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow, has a strong sense of aesthetics, and wants to work in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media, print, branding, and paid marketing campaigns.

Support the senior design team in developing layouts, concepts, and visual assets.

Create brand collateral including logos, brochures, guidelines, and identity elements.

Assist in the creation of paid ad creatives for digital campaigns.

Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and adhere to brand guidelines.

Use Figma to assist in UI/UX layouts, wireframes, or prototypes when needed (advantage).

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.

Work on feedback and refine designs to meet quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

02 years of experience in graphic design (internships/freelance acceptable).

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (mandatory).

Good communication skills to understand briefs and articulate design choices.

Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Added Advantage

Knowledge of Figma and basic UI/UX principles.

Experience working on paid ads, website banners, or interface elements.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
