Role Overview:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the design team in producing high-quality visual assets. You'll work on a variety of projectsfrom social media graphics and marketing materials to product packaging and brand collaterals from small businesses to established MNC's. This role is perfect for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow long term with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and branded assets
- Assist senior designers with design tasks and project execution
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts
- Prepare and export files for print and digital production
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Participate in brainstorming meetings and contribute fresh ideas
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus
