About The Role
We are looking for a
Junior Graphic & Video Designer with
6 months to 1 year of experience to support our content and marketing initiatives across social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for creative professionals eager to grow their skills through hands-on, real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design on-brand visual assets for:
Social media posts (static, carousels, stories)
Short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
Thumbnails, GIFs, and basic animations
- Adapt creatives for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams on campaigns
- Translate content ideas into engaging visuals
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand files
- Perform basic to intermediate video editing (cuts, subtitles, transitions, music)
Who Can Apply
- 6 months of experience in Graphic Design / Video Editing / Digital Media
- Educational background in Design, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of tools such as:
Canva / Figma
Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (any combination)
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube formats
- Good sense of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Portfolio or sample work (internship, freelance, or personal projects)
