Junior/Graduate Software Engineer - Web & Mobile

We are building an AI-powered automated job application platform that helps candidates apply to hundreds of jobs effortlessly. Users can upload their CV, create a persona, search relevant jobs, and our system uses AI to navigate each job portal, generate tailored answers (cover letters, screening questions, availability, diversity forms), and submit applications automatically.

We are looking for a Junior / Graduate Full-Stack Developer who is excited about AI, automation, and building real products fast using modern tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.

You will work directly with the founder and senior engineers to build the MVP from scratch, ship new features quickly, integrate LLMs deeply, and help shape the core architecture of this product.

• Build core features of an AI-powered automated job application platform (end-to-end).
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM APIs for generating:
• Personalized cover letters
• Screening question answers
• Availability & HR form data
• On-the-fly persona responses
• Implement automated job application workflows:
• AI browsing & navigation
• Auto-filling web forms
• Job scraping & aggregation
• Mass-application triggers
• Develop responsive UI using React/Next.js + TailwindCSS.
• Build backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks.
• Work with databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Supabase / Firebase).
• Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) to boost productivity.
• Collaborate on system design, data flow, and feature roadmaps.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to documentation.
• Help build an internal skills library for AI agents and automated workflows.

Must-haves:

• Graduate / Junior developer (02 years experience).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React or Next.js.
• Basic backend experience with Node.js or Python.
• Familiar with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Comfortable using AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude for development.
• Eager to learn, explore new technologies, and solve complex problems.
• Passionate about AI automation, agents, and building real-world products.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-have):

• Experience with Puppeteer / Playwright / Selenium (web automation).
• Familiarity with job scraping, ETL pipelines, or queue systems.
• Understanding of LLM prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of authentication (OAuth, JWT).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Supabase, DigitalOcean).
