We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Google Ads Manager to assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in PPC advertising while gaining hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Setup & Management
- Assist in setting up and launching Google Ads campaigns for Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
- Upload ad creatives and configure targeting options based on campaign goals.
- Perform daily monitoring and adjustment of ads to improve performance.
- Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads best practices and guidelines.
2. Keyword Research & Optimization
- Conduct basic keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other tools.
- Identify and suggest relevant keywords to target.
- Implement negative keywords to prevent irrelevant clicks and wasted ad spend.
3. Ad Copy Creation & A/B Testing
- Assist in writing ad copy that aligns with the target audience and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with senior team members to create A/B tests for ad variations.
- Monitor test results and suggest optimizations to improve click-through rates (CTR).
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Generate basic performance reports and highlight key findings.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to the team.
5. Bid & Budget Management
- Assist in managing bids and budgets to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-conversion (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Suggest adjustments to bidding strategies based on campaign performance.
6. Landing Page Review & Optimization
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages align with ad content.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through better landing page design.
7. Remarketing & Audience Targeting
- Assist in setting up remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers.
- Create audience lists and manage audience segmentation to improve targeting.
8. Learning & Staying Updated
- Stay informed about Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
- Take Google Ads certification courses and other relevant training to enhance knowledge.
- Experiment with new ad formats and features under the guidance of senior team members.
Requirements:
1. Education & Experience
- 01 year of experience in Google Ads or digital marketing (internships or certifications are a plus).
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, PPC concepts, and digital marketing principles.
2. Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Basic knowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and recommend improvements.
