Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience to work on cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with senior developers to build high-quality Android and iOS apps using the Flutter framework.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MSc IT or equivalent (Final year students or fresh graduates).
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
- UI Implementation: Ability to translate designs from Figma/Adobe XD into responsive Flutter widgets and layouts.
- State Management: Basic understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, GetX, or Bloc).
- API Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and connecting mobile applications to backend services.
- Database: Basic knowledge of local storage (SQLite, Hive, or Shared Preferences).
- Version Control: Fundamental understanding of Git (commit, push, pull, branching).
- Problem Solving: Good analytical skills and the ability to debug basic application issues.
- Cross-Platform Basics: Willingness to learn basic native development concepts (Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift) when required.
- Soft Skills: Eager to learn new technologies, follow coding standards, and communicate clearly within a team.
