Job Summary

We are hiring aJunior Fashion DesignerforKids and Men's Wear. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for fashion, a creative mindset, and knowledge of the Indian value retail market. You must be skilled inCorelDRAWandAdobe Illustrator, and have a strong understanding of the fashion design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the senior design team in developing collections forkids and men s wear(casual, basics, and occasionwear).
• Create detaileddesign sheets, flats, and tech packsusing Corel DRAW and Illustrator.
• Conduct trend and market research related to theIndian value fashion segment.
• Coordinate with themerchandising and production teamsto ensure cost-effective and feasible designs.
• Take part insample development, product reviews, and design changes.
• Maintain design archives andseasonal inspiration boards.
• Assist inphoto shoots, catalog preparation, and visual displays when required.

Requirement's

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience inapparel design, preferably invalue retail or mass-market fashion.
• Proficient inCorel DRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding ofIndian fabrics, silhouettes, and customer preferences.
• Ability to design fortier-2 and tier-3 city consumers.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience with avalue retail brand.
• Basic knowledge ofgarment construction and sampling.
• Interest in bothboyswear and menswear, along with a sense of visual presentation.
