Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Fashion Designer based in Mumbai. The Junior Fashion Designer will assist in creating innovative and trend-driven designs, prepare design sketches, manage fabric and material selections, and work with the production team to bring designs to life. Additional responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with current trends, collaborating with senior designers and teams, and assisting in the creation of tech packs and design presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong creative and technical skills in sketching, design software, and fabric selection
• Ability to interpret market trends and adapt them into innovative fashion concepts
• Well-versed in garment construction, pattern-making, and textile properties
• Excellent collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools
• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is required
• Prior experience or internships in fashion design is a plus
