Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Fashion Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Junior Fashion Designer will assist in designing and developing innovative and high-quality fashion collections. Responsibilities include conceptualizing new designs, creating technical sketches, collaborating with teams on product development, and maintaining awareness of industry trends. The candidate will also ensure designs align with RREFLEKT's brand identity and cater to market demands.

Qualifications

• Design and Creativity: Strong skills in fashion design, trend analysis, and conceptualization.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in technical drawing, pattern making, and fabric selection.
• Software Skills: Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools, Clo.
• Fashion Industry Knowledge: Understanding of current fashion trends, materials, and market demands.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in design and development processes.
• Relevant Experience: Previous internships or experience in fashion design is a plus.
• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Passion for Fashion: Genuine interest in creative and practical aspects of the fashion industry.
