Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Fashion Designer + Product Development Assistant to support new product creation for both J & JP Clothing Company and Chinqooper.

This role involves trend research, basic designing, fabric sourcing, sample follow-ups, measurements, and coordination with the production and creative teams.

Salary

12,000 to 16,000 per month

(Final salary based on skills and experience)

Work Mode

Work From Office Only

(No work from home or hybrid option)

Fashion design students / diploma holders

Anyone passionate about clothing, pet fashion, and product development

Key Responsibilities

Assist in trend research and reference collection

Support basic design sketches and product ideas

Coordinate fabric and trim sourcing

Follow up on sample making with cutting master and tailors

Take garment measurements and maintain measurement sheets

Identify basic fit issues and record corrections

Organize samples and update product development tracker

Coordinate with creative team for photoshoots

Maintain sample library and product documentation

Skills Required

Interest in fashion and trends

Basic sketching or design knowledge

Understanding of garment measurements and fit

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Willingness to learn and grow
