Ensure all testing is performed as per approved specifications and current GLP/GMP norms.
Review, revise, and implement departmental SOPs to maintain compliance.
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results and report abnormalities promptly.
Conduct analysis of raw materials, in-process, finished products, AMV/AMT, stability, and hold-time samples.
Review analytical data from instruments such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, pH meter, and KF autotitrator.
Maintain accurate documentation including logbooks, COA, calibration records, and system entries.
Handle reagent preparation, monitor chemical inventory, and coordinate with internal/external laboratories.
Train personnel, ensure continuous improvement, and support interdepartmental coordination as required.

Job Requirement

Qualification : Bsc. / Msc. (Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or relevant degree)
Experience : 1-3 years
Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP compliance with expertise in analytical testing, instrumentation handling, and investigation of OOS/OOT results.
Skilled in SOP management, documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.
