Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive candidate with 13 years of experience to support HR operations at our mines location in Jajpur, Odisha. The role requires hands-on experience in liaisoning, industrial relations (IR), payroll, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a mines/industrial environment and managing workforce-related administrative and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle liaisoning with local authorities and government departments as required for operational and statutory matters.
- Support Industrial Relations (IR) activities and maintain healthy relations with workers and staff.
- Manage HR compliance related to labor laws, statutory registers, and documentation.
- Assist in billing and vendor coordination related to manpower and HR services.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding for new hires at the site.
- Support payroll processing, attendance management, and employee records.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR support at the site.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management / MBA (HR).
- 13 years of HR experience, preferably in mining, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor compliance, payroll processing, and IR practices.
- Experience in liaisoning with government authorities will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work at a mines location in Jajpur, Odisha.
