Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Junior Executive - IT to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is suitable for experienced candidates with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should be willing to work at any time and travel for work-related tasks. The role primarily involves handling network-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IT and networking issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and systems.
- Travel to different locations for work-related IT and networking tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT support.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network cabling.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Must be open to work and willing to travel at any time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in networking is mandatory.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and technical guidance.
- Candidates who reside in Coimbatore or willing to relocate to Coimbatore is preferable.
