Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Junior Executive Human Resources. The role involves handling HR management and operations, ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies, and supporting employee relations activities. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and resolving workplace issues while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will also help in maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring adherence to organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to oversee day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
• Experience in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR) will be an added advantage.
