About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and background verification across all ventures. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong coordination, ownership, and execution skills. There are no monthly hiring targets, but performance will be evaluated on quality and timely closures.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all ventures
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with department heads
- Hire Realtors on a commission-only basis for Hanu Reddy Realty
- Hire salary-based staff for hospitality, events, F&B, admin, and support roles
- Ensure proper salary benchmarking and offer negotiation
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct background verification (BGV)
- Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process
Coordination:
- Work closely with management and venture heads
- Ensure hiring aligns with business needs
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multi-industry hiring
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Must reside close to Mylapore for operational ease
- 2025 MBA graduates with HR specialization can also apply

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: 3LPA
Work Location: Mylapore
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
