Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sonipat for a Junior Executive Human Resources. The individual in this role will support day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee relations, handling recruitment processes, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures. The Junior Executive will collaborate with both management and employees to foster a positive workplace environment and strengthen organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Familiarity with general Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
