Job Title: Junior Executive Assistant (Furnishings Store)
Reports to: Owner/Proprietor
Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated Junior Executive Assistant to support the owner of our Furnishings store. You'll handle administrative tasks, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and help with store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage owner/CEO's calendar, emails, and communications
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Handle paperwork, invoices, and payments
- Assist with store operations, including stock management and displays
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help with marketing and social media tasks
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Business Admin, Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of furnishings industry a plus
