Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Infrastructure / Structural projects
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in structural design and analysis for infrastructure projects
- Prepare and check basic design calculations and drawings
- Support senior engineers in design coordination and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes
- Coordinate with drafting and BIM teams
Software Skills
- Working knowledge of MIDAS, STAAD, and BIM 360
Key Competencies
- Good analytical and technical understanding
- Willingness to learn and work on complex structural projects
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
