Job Title: Jr. Engineer (Equipment Operator) Function: Operations

J O B P U R P O S E :
This position is for operating various type of equipment's (SPM) in plaster board / Plaster
plant as per production plan with co-ordination with maintenance & quality department. Also
using WCM tools for process improvement to achieve daily target smoothly with maintaining
safety in the system and handling contract manpower and instruments accordingly. Analyse
performance of the manufacturing process, design or improve manufacturing practices.
Comply with established quality standards designing a stable and defect-free process and
track quality procedures from generation to implementation.

Responsibilities
Operate equipment's (SPM).
Cleaning of equipment.
Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.
Daily production report.
Ability to problem solve in a logical way.
Mechanical Maintenance.
Breakdown analysis with help of maintenance team.
Safety management at site.
Spare management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ensured quality of products by regular interaction with the QC Department.
Exposure To
Heavy Engineering Equipment like Crushers, ball mills, generators, compressors, pumps.
Material Handling Equipment like Loader, Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyors and Elevators
Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment
Handling of Pollution Control Equipment like Pulse Jet Dust Collector
Responsible for production planning
Must have proficiency in MS Office.
Documentation
Data management.
Raw material management.
KPI management & reporting.
Maintain Auditable data & report preparation.
Technical documentation and reporting.
