Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Engineer with hands-on experience in
Mivan construction technology in Residential. The candidate must have strong exposure to
RCC works and
finishing activities in Mivan projects within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise Mivan formwork system activities at site
- Monitor and ensure quality of RCC works including slabs, columns, shear walls, and beams
- Oversee finishing works in Mivan structures such as plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and painting
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports
- Verify drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved plans
- Manage material usage and reduce wastage
