Job Purpose
Job Purpose Description
Responsible for maintenance and reliability of mechanical equipment in the Raw Mill section.
Overhaul and maintain roller press, separators, and feeders.
Perform complete disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of gearboxes.
Ensure proper alignment and lubrication of gearboxes and rotating equipment.
Replace rollers and bearings in roller press systems.
Monitor and maintain hydraulic systems of roller press.
Precise alignment of motors and driven equipment
Perform vibration analysis and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills: Overhauling of gearbox, roller press maintenance, hydraulic circuit overhauling and maintenance, drive alignments, equipment repairs, elevator maintenance, process fan maintenance, raw mill equipment maintenance
Professional Experience description: Maintenance of roller press, bearing replacements, gearbox overhauling, roller press roller replacement, elevator chain replacement, process fans and equipments drive alignment,
Professional Qualifications: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical)
Essential: Maintenance of Raw mill roller press, gearbox overhauling, elevator maintenance, drive alignment
Preferably: Raw Mill and Kiln
