Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior EdTech Recruiter. The Junior EdTech Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top educational technology talent. The Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The role will also include maintaining recruiting databases, managing job postings, and attending industry events to promote XpressEdu and engage potential candidates.

- Skills in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent
- Relationship-building and interviewing skills
- Experience in maintaining recruiting databases and managing job postings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge of the educational technology field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 6 months - 1 year of experience.
