Junior DTP Operator

About the Role

We are a printing agency specialising in paper and card-based printing. We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable team member to handle operations, vendor coordination, and client deliveries. This role requires someone who can balance precision in execution with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare, upload, and send files for print production.

Coordinate with vendors, follow up on job progress, and ensure timely completion.

Deliver finished orders to clients.

Make basic edits to files in CoreDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.

Draft billing-related documents for the accountant.

Understand client requirements, take notes on feedback, and communicate clearly with the team.

Check print quality before delivering to ensure error-free work.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and MS Word.

Knowledge of pre-press processes (preferred, not mandatory).

Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with field/vendor visits.

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with the right skillset can also apply).

Need to have a valid two-wheeler license.
