This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Doctor based in Kottayam. Responsibilities include providing primary medical care, assisting senior doctors during examinations and treatments, diagnosing and treating common medical conditions, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Junior Doctor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being and participate in ongoing medical training and education programs.

• Ability to diagnose, manage, and treat general medical conditions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and keeping updated with medical advancements
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently
• MBBS degree from a recognized institution and completion of an internship
• Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council
• Empathy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Prior experience in clinical practice or hospital environment is an added advantage
