We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to assist in coordinating marketing tasks, managing internal workflows, and supporting campaign execution across teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing operations in a fast-paced agency environment.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee daily marketing operations, manage team workflows, and ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns across channels. This role requires both strategic understanding and hands-on coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content writers, designers, ads) for project execution
- Oversee day-to-day digital marketing operations and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects
- Plan, monitor, and review digital marketing strategies and campaign performance
- Track KPIs, timelines, and deliverables for client projects
- Communicate with the team for updates, timelines, and feedback
- Ensure quality control of work before final delivery
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of interns or junior staff (if required)
Requirements
- 6m-2years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, development, design and paid ads (Google/Facebook)
- Good project management and people management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, Analytics, etc. (preferred)
