Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer with 2+ years of experience and strong communication skills to join our team as an Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end product implementations, including configuration, basic integrations, and client onboarding. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful product deployment and a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and configure the product accordingly
- Support end-to-end implementation and onboarding for new clients
- Perform basic API integrations, data migration, and system testing
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues during implementation
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for issue resolution
- Provide product training and ongoing support to clients
- Track implementation progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and FAQs
- Identify and suggest process improvements for better implementation efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software development, implementation, or technical support
- Hands-on experience with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients
- Experience working with SaaS products or cloud-based applications
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business software solutions
- Exposure to billing or subscription-based platforms is a plus
- Experience with tools like Postman, Jira, or project management tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with US/UK clients
- Knowledge of data migration and third-party integrations
- Prior experience in an implementation or client-facing role
