Junior Designer - Sales

We're looking for a Junior Designer Sales to work closely with the sales team as a creative partner, supporting client needs through thoughtful and efficient design solutions. This role sits at the intersection of design and client servicing, translating client briefs into customised print packaging and collateral that aligns with brand standards while meeting commercial timelines.

You will play a key role in bringing client requests to life, managing multiple briefs, and ensuring deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.

Sales Partnership
Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, project scopes, and timelines, acting as a design partner throughout the process.

Custom Packaging & Print Design
Create customised packaging, print collateral, and client-specific adaptations based on briefs and brand guidelines.

Client Requests & Deadlines
Independently manage design tasks, balancing multiple requests and ensuring timely delivery in coordination with the sales point of contact.

Event Collateral
Support design needs for events, including signage, print materials, and other client-facing assets when required.

Digital Creatives
Developing impactful Whatsapp and Digital communications.

Execution Excellence
Ensure files are print-ready, accurate, and aligned with production specifications.

Problem Solving
Proactively flag challenges, suggest solutions, and help the sales team navigate design feasibility.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership

• Highly organised and execution focused

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Detail-oriented, especially when handling customisation and print requirements

• Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders

• Solution-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

• 13 years of design experience (print and packaging preferred)

• Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, and adaptations

• Ability to use AI and design softwares to create photo realistic, conceptual mock ups and renders.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw and InDesign

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience working with client requests or sales teams is a plus
