Job Description: UI/UX & Graphic Design Executive

This role will begin with a 6-month trainee period, after which the salary may be revised based on performance and overall evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

• Qube Health is in search of a UI/UX & Graphic Design Executive to join our early-stage startup team and contribute to the development of user experiences across all our products.
• Conduct thorough user research, create detailed wireframes, and develop intuitive user flows.
• Maintain high-quality and responsive designs, ensuring consistency across all components.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user behaviour, needs, and challenges.
• Continuously enhance both technical and non-technical skills to stay updated with industry trends.
• Adhere to style standards for fonts, colours, and images in design projects.
• Engage in active listening and collaboration with cross-functional teams to proactively provide design solutions.
• Utilise usability testing tools to enhance and optimise designs.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro).
• Ability to design UI screens using Figma.
• Proficient in using Canva for design projects.
• Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• A basic understanding of HTML & CSS is an added benefit.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Familiarity with wireframing software.
