Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We're looking for a Junior Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team and bring the brand to life across platforms.

What you'll do:
Design
- Create visually striking designs for social media (posts, stories, carousels)
- Develop graphics for website banners, emailers, and packaging
- Support in evolving the brand identity across new formats and campaigns
Video Editing
- Edit reels, campaign videos, podcast snippets, and behind-the-scenes content
- Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web, etc.)
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, and basic sound design where needed
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
- A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and brand consistency
- An eye for pop culture, trends, and what clicks with Gen Z and millennial audiences
- Ability to work with quick turnarounds and adapt to a playful, fast-growing brand
- Bonus if you love memes, wear cool bras, and have opinions on typefaces

- Salary - 30,000-35,000/month based on experience (negotiable for the right candidate).
