About Us:

We're seeking an experienced Design Engineer to lead our design team and drive innovation in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of design engineers to achieve departmental goals and objectives

- Develop and implement design strategies, standards, and best practices

- Oversee the design and development of new products and manufacturing processes

- Ensure compliance with design codes, standards, and regulations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and timelines

- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

- Mentor and develop design engineers to improve skills and knowledge

- Review and approve designs, providing feedback and guidance as needed

- Manage the design department budget and resources

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, )

- Proven experience in design engineering leadership, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment

- Strong knowledge of design principles, codes, and standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
