Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with data and helping teams make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources

Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations

Assist senior analysts in business analysis tasks

Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Work with teams to understand data requirements

Prepare reports and present findings

Maintain proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in data analysis or relevant field (or strong academic/project experience)

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts)

Basic understanding of SQL

Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

Basic knowledge of statistics and data concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

Basic knowledge of Python or R

Understanding of data visualization best practices
