Key Responsibilities :-
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions
Business & Consulting Support
- Support consulting projects with data-driven analysis and presentations
- Assist in financial, HR, and operational data analysis as required
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements
Dashboard & Automation
- Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Automate routine reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
Data Management
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
- Maintain structured datasets and version control
Required Skills & Competencies :-
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query preferred)
- Working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau or similar BI tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction (preferred)
- Understanding of data validation, cleaning, and reporting best practices
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualification:-
- Graduate in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or related field. Deep Knowledge of Finance.
- Certification or hands-on experience in Data Analytics preferred
