We are seeking a Customer Support Executive US Process (Night Shift) with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (AR Calling & Denial Management). This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable follow-up, denial resolution, and payer communication to reduce outstanding AR and improve cash flow.
The ideal candidate brings strong RCM knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex claim scenarios in a fast-paced environment.
