Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive US Process (Night Shift) with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (AR Calling & Denial Management). This role is responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable follow-up, denial resolution, and payer communication to reduce outstanding AR and improve cash flow.

The ideal candidate brings strong RCM knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex claim scenarios in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end AR follow-up with insurance companies via outbound calls
  • Analyze claims for rejections and denials, ensuring timely resolution
  • Initiate appeals and escalate unresolved claims when required
  • Accurately document call outcomes in billing systems
  • Meet and exceed SLA/KPI metrics (productivity, quality, resolution rate, TAT)
  • Handle complex claim escalations effectively
  • Collaborate with Data, Quality, and Client teams
  • Mentor junior associates and support knowledge transfer
  • Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM (AR follow-up, denial management, payer guidelines)
  • Excellent verbal communication with neutral accent
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in practice management systems, payer portals, and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
  • Flexibility to work in US night shifts

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (BA/BCOM preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM Voice process (AR Calling / Denial Management)
  • Experience handling complex AR cases, authorizations, and escalations preferred
