About The Role
We're looking for a Creative Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can produce a high volume of clean, on-brand visuals every day. This role is ideal for someone who works quickly, understands visual hierarchy, and can maintain quality even with tight deadlines and rapid iterations.
You will be working closely with marketing and content teams to deliver large batches of creatives for social media, ads, campaigns, and brand visuals.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume daily creatives for social media, marketing, and promotional use
- Create variations, resizes, and multiple versions of the same concept
- Maintain consistency and visual quality across fast-moving projects
- Work closely with content/marketing teams to convert ideas into ready-to-use visuals
- Meet quick turnaround timelines without compromising design standards
- Rapidly test multiple layouts, color styles, and compositions
Skills Required
- Strong visual sense: layout, spacing, typography, colour
- Ability to work quickly and manage high-volume workflows
- Good understanding of marketing creatives and content formats
- Proficiency in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Portfolio that shows clean, consistent design work and fast-iteration capability
Good to Have
- Experience with ads or high-volume content teams
- Basic motion design
- Ability to handle daily deadlines and shifting priorities
