Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, narratives, hooks, captions, scripts, and platform-first creator briefs.
• Lead social-first thinking across Instagram (Reels), YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, podcasts, and branded IPs.
• Partner with strategy, creator management, client servicing, and post-production teams to balance brand goals with creator authenticity.
• Participate in brand pitch ideation and maintain creative consistency.
• Stay deeply updated on digital culture, creator trends, meme culture, and evolving internet behaviors.

Job Requirements:

• Proven agency background (influencer, digital, or integrated) with a strong portfolio of social campaigns and video scripts.
• Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator behavior, social media culture, and brand tonality.
• Ability to write for creators, handle high-volume output independently, and manage tight timelines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
