Role Overview

The Junior Consultant will support end-to-end implementation of IoT-based logistics automation solutions, working closely with senior consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams. This role requires frequent travel and on-site deployment support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Any Graduate with Supply Chain or Warehouse Management

Site/ Plant Survey, requirement gathering from clients, etc

Implementation & Deployment -

● Assist in planning and executing end-to-end solution implementations at client sites

● Support installation, configuration, and commissioning of IoT devices (sensors, gateways, edge devices)

● Participate in system integration with WMS/TMS/ERP platforms

● Conduct site readiness assessments and assist in deployment planning

Client Engagement -

● Work closely with client stakeholders to understand operational workflows

● Support requirement gathering, gap analysis and documentation (BRD/FRD)

● Provide on-site support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live phases

● Deliver product training sessions to end users

Product & Technical Support -

● Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during and post-implementation

● Coordinate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues

● Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring SLA adherence Documentation & Reporting

● Prepare implementation documentation, SOPs, and user manuals

● Maintain daily/weekly project status reports

● Document issues, resolutions, and lessons learned

● Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation Travel Requirement

● Mandatory travel and extended stay at client sites for deployments and support
