Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Junior Conservation Architect. The role involves conducting field assessments and evaluations of heritage buildings, analyzing conservation issues, and preparing detailed architectural reports. Responsibilities also include developing and executing conservation-based architectural designs, collaborating with project teams, and providing expertise in the preservation of historical structures. The candidate will be involved in project planning and management to ensure the sustainability and protection of heritage sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Heritage Buildings and Building Conservation
• Understanding of Conservation Issues and techniques for preserving heritage sites
• Proficiency in Architecture, including planning and design with a conservation-focused approach
• Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks, timelines, and teams effectively
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for cultural heritage
• Proficiency in architectural design software is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field with a focus on conservation
• Preparation of AutoCAD drawings of Heritage buildings.
• Assisting in the report preparation of Heritage buildings.

Skills Preferred

Preparations of Architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections etc, good command over AutoCAD.
