We are looking for a Junior Client Servicing Associate who will help manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients for day-to-day communication and updates.

Understand client requirements, anticipate challenges, and proactively address concerns.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Coordinate with internal teams including design, marketing, and strategy for smooth execution of projects.

Communicate client feedback and revisions to internal teams and ensure timely delivery of work.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.

Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Agency experience in client handling is preferred.

Basic understanding of design principles.

Previous experience or marketing exposure is required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
