Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects from site handover to final delivery
- Coordinate with design, factory, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and site supervisors
- Ensure site readiness before installation (civil, electrical, and plumbing alignment)
- Plan daily site activities and monitor timelines & manpower productivity
- Ensure execution strictly follows approved drawings, final measurements, and scope lock
- Track material dispatch, installation progress, and resolve site-level issues proactively
- Conduct quality checks at each stage and minimise rework or errors
- Maintain regular customer communication and provide progress updates
- Ensure clean, disciplined, and safe site execution
- Close project with punch-list clearance, final QC, and customer handover
- Collect customer feedback/Google review post-handover
- Maintain proper documentation, photos, and internal reporting
