Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering freshers to join our Metro Rail Project in Pune, specializing in Ballastless Track (BLT) construction. This role offers excellent learning and growth opportunities through hands-on exposure to large-scale metro infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in execution and supervision of BLT (Ballastless Track) metro track works
- Support site engineers in daily construction activities and site coordination
- Assist in surveying, leveling, and alignment checks as per project requirements
- Monitor quality control parameters and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and supervisors at site
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and project guidelines
- Learn and follow metro construction methodologies and standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Freshers are welcome (01 year experience)
- Basic knowledge of civil construction practices (metro/rail projects preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to work at project site in Pune
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in metro infrastructure projects
