We are seeking a motivatedJunior Business Development Executiveto support our turnkey corporate interior projects. The candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Associate Director Business Development to generate leads, arrange client meetings, coordinate with internal teams, and assist from initial inquiry to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation for corporate office turnkey interior fit-out projects via calling, site visits, brokers, property consultants, and networking.
- Fix and coordinate client meetings with the Associate Director BD and design team.
- Prepare presentations, company profiles, and basic proposals.
- Maintain CRM records, databases, and follow-up trackers.
- Track tenders/RFPs and support documentation submission.
- Conduct initial market research and identification of potential corporate clients.
- Regular client follow-ups and meeting scheduling.
- Coordination for site visits, BOQ support, feasibility discussions, and design briefing.
- Assist the senior team in negotiation documentation and closure formalities.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of interior turnkey execution projects
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Good follow-up discipline and coordination skills
Professional client-facing personality
Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 13 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Real Estate / Interior-related fields
Preferred Profile
- Exposure to commercial interiors or real estate sales
- Knowledge of the Mumbai / Pune corporate office market
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
- Performance Metrics (KPIs)
