Job Description:

Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects to generate leads and set appointments

Introduce company services/products clearly and professionally

Qualify leads and update CRM with accurate call details

Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

Coordinate with sales/BD teams for follow-ups

Requirements:

13 years of experience in US cold calling / telemarketing / lead generation

Excellent English communication and neutral accent

Willingness to work in US night shifts from Chennai office

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

Added Advantage: Experience working in Microsoft technologies.
