Junior Business Development Executive USA Staffing

As a Junior Business Development Executive (USA Staffing), you will lead efforts to expand our client base and revenue in the US staffing market. You will identify and seize new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and work closely with internal teams to deliver top-notch staffing solutions. Your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth in the competitive IT and non-IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Create and implement strategic business development plans.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients staffing needs are met.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Manage sales pipeline and track progress towards financial targets.
Working hours 8 PM To 5 AM IST.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), PGDM, PGP, Master of Public Administration (MPA), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
