Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Business Development Executive Fresher, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, developing client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, engaging in communication to understand their needs, and supporting business growth through strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and build client relationships effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional and persuasive interaction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and a strong desire to learn and grow
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are an added advantage
