The Junior Business Development Associate will work with incoming leads and interested prospects, understand their needs, and guide them towards the right KodoWorks programs. The role involves regular phone conversations, follow-ups, and coordination with the internal team to help close enrollments and build strong relationships with learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads coming from ads, website enquiries, and referrals.
- Talk to students, freshers, and working professionals to understand their career goals and basic background.
- Explain KodoWorks programs in simple language after training and answer basic queries.
- Fix callbacks, demos, or counselling sessions with seniors when required.
- Maintain a daily log of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the given tracker/CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled learners.
Requirements
- Good spoken English and clear communication.
- Comfortable making multiple calls in a day and following up regularly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with sheets/CRM after training.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in sales / business development.
- Ability to work from office in Coimbatore and maintain regular attendance.
