Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst Intern who can help translate business needs into data-driven insights. This role offers hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Perform data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions

• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations

• Evaluate business processes and suggest improvements

• Work closely with technical and non-technical teams for requirement alignment

• Conduct market and competitor analysis

• Support project planning and execution activities

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Basic knowledge of SQL or any analytical tools

• Exposure to business analysis or case studies
