Overview of Job
As a designer you will be responsible for creating machine parts 3D model, sub assemblies, main assembly. You will be working in a team with lots of other talented engineers. You must be well versed with industry standard mechanical software (AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo etc). Good ss will help you succeed in this job.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and manage mechanical, Architectural drawings and 3d models.
- Designing components fulfillment requirements.
- Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
- Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
- Plan, conceptualize and create mechanical designs for new products.
- Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs.
- Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products.
- Experience working in the mechanical engineering field.
- Superior computer ss, with solid experience in AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo etc.
- Expert in reading mechanical and Architectural drawings.
- An eye for detail and good visualization.
- Ability to take feedback and make changes as required.
- Good communication.
