Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated
Junior Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, support day-to-day operations, and develop skills to grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily activities and departmental operations.
- Support senior colleagues with documentation, reporting, and project tasks.
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and maintain accuracy in assigned work.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments when required.
- Learn and apply company processes, tools, and best practices.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities (Department-wise)
- HR Assist in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting engagement activities.
- IT Provide first-level technical support, assist in system installation/configuration, and maintain IT documentation.
- Finance Support accounting operations, data entry, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and financial reporting.
- Marketing Assist in campaign execution, content creation, market research, and event coordination.

Qualifications
