Job Title: Junior Associate Operations and Communications

Location: Kolkata - Hybrid

Employment Type: 6 Months Internship with stipend ( Confirmation based on performance)

We seek a dynamic and motivated Junior Associate to support and build our Knowledge Management initiatives and internal operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking skills who can contribute to various business functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirement :

• Assist in office administration, internal coordination, and project management.
• Use Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and support in building robust KM strategies
• Passion for writing and creating a brand presence on social media with effective communication strategies
• Support in employee boarding and engagement activities

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, BBA, English, HR, or any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in content management, internal communication, operations (internships count)
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite,/Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator will be added advantage
