Junior Office Associate – Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years of experience in Tally (accounting software)
• Good proficiency in English communication (spoken and written)
• Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or in person
• Helping manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents
• Performing general clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance

• Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or Diploma/Engineering preferred)
• Freshers or 0–2 years experience
